regular massage of the back sas well as the neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area.
if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 montshs it is important to meet the doctor for examination to find the cause of delayed milestones

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
massage her with. Babyhug coconut oil
take supplements as suggested by your doctor
