#AskTheExpert my baby 14 months old she is suffering from constipation in her stool little bit of blood is also observed she is crying when she is going stool, but ihave observed 3 times that in my village she is ok with stool and stool was loose but when i come to hyd stool was tight and she is crying the food i give to her is same is water is reason for constipation

Give more fiber rich food like oats banana apple puree eggs etc. Fiber is important and adequate water is also important. Give dal water rice water coconut water and plain water to drink.
Use Glycerin suppository in case of severe hard stool only. Don't use it frequently.
