do not force feed but always be encouraging by way of talking, stories.
praise child when he tries new food and finishes meal
try to give food in attractive manner interesting shapes of bread, paratha, colourful colourful mix of cut fruits
You may even try mixing food that baby does not prefer with those foods that the baby likes for example putting carrots and beetroot in Khichdi or Daliya.
Give finger food to your child which the child can have by self in your supervision.
don't have lot of variation at one time but try different times
Also remember that you may have to try a particular food again and again consistently as much as 15 times for child to accept
don't force feed it creates negative relationship with food.
