#AskTheExpert my babuly is 2 month old. Sound is coming from nasal path its like she is having cold and dry cough is also there. Can you give the remedies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, definitely, stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest, use saline nasal drops, can also use room humidifier.

Put saline solution like nasoclear in both the nostrils. This is salt water which is perfectly safe. This will clear any nose blockage due to mucus.
Also apply baby rub on chest and feet of the baby. A little on nose too.
