ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 4 month old Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side it should double the birth weight by 5 months of age

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Babies increase 400-700 gm per month..By 5-6 months Babies double their birth weight. Based on birth weight weight is good, growth rate is fine. Give exclusive breast milk or formula milk frequently every two hours. From 6 month onwards start semi solids, water and fluids.
