#AskTheExpert My babie chaitrika and chaitvika are twins they are not eating properly and licking dust mud etc .Please help me to stop

A. Dear Mom, only when children have iron deficiency they eat mud, dust etc.. test their hemoglobin and also feed them more of greens, nuts and fruits for better iron levels. also when they do not eat try feeding them kids formula along with milk for better nutrition
