Give her a lot of milk products like cheese, paneer, never mix water with milk give the milk directly. After 2 years we have to concentrate on her muscle strength and weight than the chubby fat. Take her to the nearby park. Make her to play frequently in Monkey Bars. Eventually everything will be alright. there is no magic food for the sudden weight gain. But If you are happy and accept the reality then definitely you could feel the change in your kid.
