#asktheexpert my 9 year old daughter is very skinny although she eats everything either vegetables or non veg etc I m concerned about her weight. her weight is 26 kg. What should I add in the daily diet

A. The weight seems fine so nothing to worry and if the child is eating well and active then it’s okay add desi ghee in meals if the child as good fats helps in improving weight

A. Hey The weight of your child is absolutely normal according to the age I think you have some misconception with the weight gain of the child but yet still if you are so concerned I would say go ahead with giving at least 102 150 g of proteins every day
