#asktheexpert My 9.5 months baby wakes up 2-3 times for feed during night even after starting solids. Overall baby milk intake is more than solids. Is it ok?

A. dear Mum, yes, this is okay. till 1 year breastfeeding remains major source of nutrition do not force feed and let baby explore different textures flavours and types of food let baby regulate the quantity
