Q.

#asktheexpert my 8 month old has weight 7.290... from 4th month he is gaining 300 to 400 gms per month... at birth time his weight was about 4kg... he is too active... I am concerned why he is not gaining weight at least 500gm per month

A. If Child was 4 KG at the time of birth and your child should have been 8 KG by completing the age of six months so your child is not actually getting appropriate weight so along with food as of now it would be important for you to start giving top feed to the child I think your lactation is not sufficient for the child
