#AskTheExpert my 7year old is underweight sir she is only 17 kg not taking foods properly sir her birth weight was 2.1kg please suggest healthy food chart

A. For weight gain. Try to give fresh seasonal fruits .. Give apple, pear, banana, papaya, mango, chiku, vegetables like potatoes, carrot, sweet potato, dry fruits, include diary products like milk, curd, ghee, give eggs and chicken.

A. Hello mom Some babies don’t gain weight easily. But in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby. Are you should start giving banana shake. It will help in increasing babies weight.
