#AskTheExpert My 7 months Baby sleep is very minimal during the day . hardly he sleeps for 20 mins each nap which accounts to one and a half hour overall over the day. Even during night he sleeps only after 12pm. N wakes up for more than 3 times. I am working mom facing issue in managing and not getting enough rest.

A. these are all normal playful activities of the child you should notzk worry just keep monitoring your baby if there is any other associated problem then plz contact your doctor for advice n treatment .
