#AskTheExpert My 7 months baby is now only having formula milk and breast milk also Nestle cereal,should i introduce anything else.

A. start introducing solids, by feeding atleast 2-3 spoons of pureed form fruits like apple, banana, pear, chicoo. and include khichdi without salt. make sure that everything is in puree form. introduce everything for 3 days and see if baby is allergic to any of the items.

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to give your child cerelac tender coconut water dal ka pani white rice water it is also advisable that you should try to give your baby fresh fruits in the form of Puree
