Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can gfive bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctofr and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
