#AskTheExpert my 7 month daughter is having disturb sleep at night, from 3am to 7am she start crying and after picking her up in my lap she again goes to sleep..but this happens 5-7 times daily...at daytime nothing such event happens...i am worried what is happening...its been 23 days now

A. every baby has their own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age,only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with timez n age. A sound sleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.
