#asktheexpert my 6 yr old is complaining of leg pain from many days especially during night. is it growth pain? what can be done to give her relief from pain?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. usually ,growing pain alright by the time just ensure that your child takes healthy and nutritious diet give sun light exposure atleast 20 minutes a day which helps in vitamin D formation

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi yes ,mostly it is caused by growing pain but to confirm this , please check if child is active enough ,gaining enough weight and showing other discomfort or not if child is having low weight , feeling exhusted easily ,it means its nutritional deficiency
