#AskTheExpert My 6 years old baby girl weight is 15kg, she won't eat properly. What should be the average weight for her and what can I do to increase her weight.

A. weight is less, minimum it should be 15.3 kg. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
