A. Hello mommy. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21 to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please give paracetamol accordingly to the weight of the baby. If still the fever does not come down or increases in few days then it is advisable to once get a checkup done by a doctor.
