A. due to the hormonal changes in the body of the child but no need to remove them and they will go away on their own in next few months so do not worry about it just wait and watch

They Be happening from the time of birth itself we should consult your doctor they will tell you that I think you should apply to get rid of this hair and are they liked into much quantity or just one or two because normally girls specially have a hair when they are reaching their puberty so at this time it’s not a good thing you should consult your doctor she is advised with the products to use to remove it
