RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. It should be 2 1/2 kg more than the birth weight of the child if if your child was born with 2 kg and this is ideally good otherwise it would be less having a little bit higher weight gain is definitely fine but it should not be lower than that
