Generally babies prefer slow and steady flow which is why they are comfortable with bottles. Try not pressing your breasts while feeding and try changing the positions of feeding. As expressing reduces the milk production slowly.

Bottle has consistent flow and they prefer bottle feeding. There are several ways you can manage breastmilk supply once you find exact reason of breast refusal by your baby
