#asktheexpert my 4 years old child is having constipation since last year.she frequently do small small portions of potty in her pants. I gave her ayurvedic and allopathic medicines like sorliv syrup, zink and nzyme syrup but nothing worked. please help

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. baby is 4 years old and is having constipation since quite a long time now you should encourage baby to take more fibre rich diet and also fruits like papaya and plenty of water
