#AskTheExpert My 4 year old son doesn't eat meals properly and hardly say that I am hungry. His mother has to force him to eat.Also,his bowel movements are not regular and mostly its alternative days. What do you suggest?

Bowel Movements are not regular so that could be one of the reasons because when the previous dump is not out of the system it’s very difficult for a child to eat new food so first you have to work up on that and then secondly I will advise you to start with an iron supplement it seems like your child will be having deficiency of iron
