#AskTheExpert My 4 year old does not take any interest in eating nor she feels hungry. There are only 2-3 things which when prepared she eats her food without any tantrums. Otherwise feeding time is always a phase of frustration. Also some day, if she is not eating and I also leave further without forcing or scolding then she remains hungry the rest few hours, never asks for food on her own.

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist3 years agoA. hi mom don't worry and don't force feed let the baby be little hungry before meals and then give one pot meals make nuts powder made up of cashew almonds and dry dates and add in milk
