#AskTheExpert My 4 year old daughter is continuously vomiting from yesterday. whenever she sees food she gets uncomfortable..and not at all eating anything. please help

you can give oral rehydration solution ORS
keep baby well hydrated coconut water butter milk lassi curd khichdi apple banana poha upma
apply coconut oil on tummy area and gently massage in circular motion
