#AskTheExpert my 4 months old daughter's pierced ear (right) has turned red with a bit of swelling and oozing a bit of watery blood... its happened as she keeps snatching onto it. otherwise she's playful and her usual self. plz suggest what to do... is it gud to remove her rings or what to apply otherwise?

A. Hello dear parent the baby might require antibiotics if the swelling is increasing. Also apply betadine ointment as of now. Use only gold or silver ear rings provided she doesn’t have allergy
