#asktheexpert my 4 month old son sometime vomit all drunk milk. what is reason of this?

A. vomits all the milk that is bcoz of reflux action always burp after feed dnt immediaty put the baby on bed after feed gv small feeds.. maintain gap between feeds at least 2 hrs..
