#AskTheExpert My 4.5 years daughter has plenty of tooth cavities. Doctors are suggesting trimming and capping the affected tooth. Need your suggestion. Why would you trim and cap.. while you can extract the tooth. she is just 4 years. Another Teeth will eventually grow in few years right doctor?

A. hello mam the permanent teeth come in place of the milk teeth if we remove the milk teeth earlier than the permanent teeth will not come at there place and their will be crowding of permanent teeth
