it happens because of many reasons like baby acne, heat or sweating, allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics, or infection etc.
so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
avoid using any cosmetics.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
you can apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on rashes.
Maintain good hygiene.
