#AskTheExpert My 3month old baby didnt feed breast milk properly. from first month I gave him Nan pro 1 and Brest milk(as my breast milk is not sufficient for him) but now he feed neither nan pro 1 nor breastmilk. what should I do? Should I change formula?

A. what should I eat or drink to increase my breastmilk,as my 2week baby is not getting enough milk,

A. hi no you can not switch formula without consulting your pediatrician. mam , breastfeeding works on demand and supply. so ,to increase your breastmilk supply ,it is best to offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child. please try different feeding positions. maintain skin to skin Contact while feeding your child Which will help in both ,to encourage your child to take more feeds and help to increase your breastmilk supply by realsing oxytocin hormone.
