8 AM-Ragi porridge
11 AM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey
1 PM-rice and dal, vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice or milkshake
7 p.m-Idli, Upma. With this you can give coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, soups, milkshakes. All this you give in a smaller quantity. Try to give food to baby to eat by himself which is a good practice and they will also start enjoying the food. First try with snacks and breakfast than you can gradually start with lunch
