A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Burp your baby after every feed. Give good tummy time everyday. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort. Good luck and take care.
