#asktheexpert my 3 week old is having a lot of gas. She is keeping us up all night. She sleeps perfectly in the day time. She was on top feed and breast milk for 2 weeks. Last one week she is on 100% breast milk. Her mother is diabetic and taking 1000 metformin bd. Please suggest is we need to do something differently.
