Q.

#AskTheExpert my 3 months old baby (weighted 4.4kg)was having formula milk 3 times a day, 60ml each time. Now I'm trying to enhance my breast milk and it's even happening. so I wish to go for exclusive breast feeding. can I completely remove formula milk directly to my baby? or at least once shall I give him?

A. Hello good evening !! If you have enough supply (breast milk) then you can exclusive breast feed your baby. Having water, fluids, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk, milk and diary products, fennel seeds, saunf helps in increasing breast milk supply. If baby is gaining weight according to age, having good sleep after breast feed, peeing normal 7-8 times a day then feed exclusive breast milk.
