Q.

#AskTheExpert My 3 month old is g6pd deficient. what precautions should be taken care for it? also, the test was done during birth time. should i repeat the test? can g6pd give false results?

A. you can repeat the investigation after completion of 6 months of age for confirmation and also only some antibiotics cannot be given as well some medicines cannot be given when the child is having G6 PD deficiency which will be told by your doctor
