#asktheexpert my 3.7 ur old is complaining of stomach ache since yesterday.. please suggest what could be the issue

A. Mam without an assessment the issue cannot be sorted but the basic things which can be associated with this could be indigestion constipation and maybe stomach infection or some gut issue
