#AskTheExpert My 3.5 yrs old boy doesn't eat well. At times , he is only on milk for the entire day. How to handle this problem ?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. don't worry. offer only milk and fruits for few days to improve appetite and digestion. start some appetisers and iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

As Sometimes we do not realise the kids are also bored of eating the same regular food if you give a variation and more colourful food with a good presentation then maybe your child would like to eat it
