#AskTheExpert my 2y baby has issue in passing the stool.... his stool is very harder and sometimes he also have bleeding..

Hi mommy mommy Give more liquid fibre rich nutritious food Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
