#AskTheExpert My 2m old baby's back head is not in correct shape. I use cradle but it didn't work. What should I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. due to pressure on one side of the head during sleeping there is flatness / abnormal shape on that side of the head.
no treatment is required for flat head / bumpy head and you will see that by one year to two yecars of age the flat head will go away as soon as the child begins to sit and later walk.
pillows will not help much in this case so do not worry.
the bones in cthe skull are elastic so to give space to the growing brain it takes different shape and when the growth of the brain occurs properly then gradually they will take a normal shape.

In what way it is not correct as it has it become flat or something because you’re an I would just like to tell you that when you make your child sleep in the same position every day from that particular side ahead can become Flat which is why it is important that you keep switching the situation position of the child every time when you put your child to sleepWrite Your Answer Here
