A. Use steam inhalation. Steam will not shorten the length of the cold, but it will reduce the inflammation in the nasal passages and help to breathe better. Nasal congestion can be relieved with a few drops (1 or 2) of eucalyptus oil + coconut oil application on the chest. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
