Q.

#asktheexpert My 22 days old child is crying a lot in night specially and he is not having fever also but still.He has passed stool also.He is getting relaxed after getting breast feeding non stop or feeding..(He is feeded on both ways breast feeding and formula milk both).However we are feeding him on regular basis at regular interval also.We are in doubt that he is having gas or stomach pain or what.Pls guide us along with remedies.

A. hi dear All newborns cry and get fussy sometimes. It's normal for a baby to cry for 2–3 hours a day for the first 6 weeks. During the first 3 months of life, they cry more than at any other time. New parents often are low on sleep and getting used to life with their little one.
