As ur baby is growing so need more nutrients for growth and development.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates.
Make eating fun by playing.
If baby is rejecting one food offer the other variety of food.
