#asktheexpert my 21 month old girl is getting stains in her teeth. struggling to brush her teeth. im wiping with cloth. still stains there. when usually milk teeth fall ? how to maintain her teeth. no sweets or sugars included. very rare will cook some pancake with jagery. rest she will have fruits like banana, avacado, etc. natural sweets only. how to handle this. pls guide

you can use soft brisekes baby tooth brush and low fluoride tooth paste to clean her teeth twice a day.
give hercsome water after anything she eat ir drink.
