Q.

#AskTheExpert my 2 years old son is not eating normal regular food what we eat, he is very fussy eater.. even if he eats he likes to eat only sweet dishes that too 1 meal in a day.. and he keeps demanding for bottle milk, even in night he gets up for milk.. how to encourage him to eat food? and how to stop him from night bottle feeding?

A. Hello mom By now the child should be used to regular food made at home for the family no special baby foods need to be given to him you have to start making a routine and so that he knows at what time he gets a particular food as he’s not eating all day he is demanding for more milk so you have to restrict the milk intake as well try to present the food in different ways and forms and make his meal time interesting and fun
