Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly y meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area with soap and water

But you are not recommended to use this cotton swabs they are not good for the child but I was a chat Vayasu to consult an ENT doctor immediately as soon as you can because you need to get a check with your doctor to have better clarity and treatment on that
