A. If your child is constantly getting hungry even after eating well if that is what you are trying to say then then maybe worms in the tummy of the child and a lot of times it could be indication towards thyroid also I’m not certain about thyroid but yes definitely could first check for and if it is positive for deworming medication and also conducted thyroid test
