#asktheexpert My 2 month old daughter has started staying awake about 4-6 hours in whole day. she stays awake in intervals for 15-20 mins. sometimes after feed... sometimes after an hour of sleep. she doesn't look for food or anything... just looks around... should I be concerned???

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. This is normal do not worry,Very young babies have little idea of day or night and most wake regularly around the clock every 2 or 3 hours needing a feed and attention. In the first few months it is common for babies to wake regularly at night for feeds at least 2 or 3 times.
