AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes this is OK. Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. So u can wait for some more time for the tooth to erupt. Clean ur baby teeth using finger brush or tooth brush
