#AskTheExpert my 2.8 yr old baby is having black spots around white parts of eye...only in 1 eye. so is it something I need to worry

A. you should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is only after clinical examination that proper treatment would be suggested and weight is importankit to decide dosage do not selfmedicate

A. hi dear They are caused by some pigment that didn't make it to the top layer when baby's skin was being formed. They are harmless and usually fade away by school age. In most cases, no treatment is needed for the birthmarks themselves.
