#asktheexpert My 2.5yr old son still doesnt eat regular food items. He still eats cerelac,dalia,milk and khichdi everyday. Kindly suggest how to get him to regular diet asap.

A. hi parent kids are often fussy eaters try to add new flavours colours and textures to the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet
